Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid Launch in Pakistan 2023

The hybrid production in Pakistan brings hope for low-price EVs. Earlier, Toyota Indus Motors reported about the development of its locally assembled HEV plant. And the company has plan to launch its first locally assembled Corolla Cross hybrid in Pakistan in 2023. 

This progressive announcement by Toyota Pakistan shares a positive vibe for the citizens. Even though the recent flaws affect the overall sales of Toyota cars in Pakistan. Toyota has shared a report of its sales decline of 52% year on year. Still, the company has survived and is on the way to brighten up EV production in Pakistan.Toyota’s Recent Sale Drop Toyota shared a report of last month’s sales which dropped by 52% compared to the previous year. particularly Toyota attributes the sale drop due to the non-availability of CKD kits and SBP not approving the LCs. The crisis of sales has risen since the import received hard notices and an increase in customs. Toyota HEV Plant In Pakistan Toyota resources informed that the HEV production plant is not affected by the sale and profit crisis. The development of the assembly plant working according to the plan. 

Toyota has a plan to offer the Corolla Cross hybrid electric vehicle in Pakistan in 2023. Despite the troubles, Toyota working on its promise accordingly and is confident to introduce its Corolla Cross Hybrid in Pakistan this year.

Previously, news come to us from a Toyota source that the company has completed the major work. Toyota has completed structure and mechanical developments of Corolla Cross Hybrid and working on it’s finishing process.
